Responsibilities: • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood As a licensed real estate salesperson, you will utilize your knowledge of local real estate markets to aid individual clients, landlords, or developers in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties. This includes providing world-class customer service to ensure client satisfaction and trust, and increase sales volume. With support from management, you will oversee the entire transaction to ensure a quick and seamless experience. Qualifications: • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Self-motivation and drive • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Organized and manages time effectively Successful Applicants possess: • New York State real estate license • Desire to build a meaningful career, rather than just get a job • Enterprising drive and motivation to succeed Compensation: $100,000+ at plan earnings
