Responsibilities: • Follow the 90-Day Launch roadmap to implement proven lead generation, follow-up, and conversion systems • Consistently prospect and nurture relationships through calls, texts, open houses, and social media engagement • Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments using our structured presentation tools and scripts • Maintain and update your CRM daily to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and pipeline goals • Participate in weekly coaching and accountability sessions focused on production growth and mindset mastery • Collaborate with team members and leverage in-house marketing and admin support to streamline transactions • Commit to personal and professional development by engaging in training, goal setting, and performance tracking Qualifications: • Active Florida Real Estate License (required) • Minimum 1 year of real estate experience with a track record of at least 4–7 closed transactions annually • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both online and in person • Self-motivated and disciplined, with a desire for structure, accountability, and growth • Comfortable using CRM systems, digital marketing, and social media for lead generation • Coachable and open to following proven systems and models for business growth • Passionate about personal development, goal setting, and living a balanced, BIG life Compensation: $120,000+
