Responsibilities: • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes, market trends, and the surrounding neighborhood • Detail-oriented with written offer, purchase, and listing agreements • Consistent lead generation and follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out the client's needs and wants in a home, and then able to develop a solution to meet those needs Qualifications: • Show good organizational and time management skills • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Technology driven • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Self-confident and able to persist despite obstacles • Easily builds relationships with clients and is service-oriented • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills • 4-year College degree or more is preferred Compensation: $70,000 - $150,000 at plan yearly
