Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes As a licensed real estate salesperson, you will utilize your knowledge of local real estate markets to aid individual clients, landlords, or developers in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties. This includes providing world-class customer service to ensure client satisfaction and trust, and increase sales volume. With support from management, you will oversee the entire transaction to ensure a quick and seamless experience. Qualifications: • Tech savvy • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Past sales experience is preferred • Self-motivation and drive • Show good organizational and time management skills Successful Applicants possess: • New York State real estate license • Desire to build a meaningful career, rather than just get a job • Enterprising drive and motivation to succeed Compensation: $100,000+ at plan earnings
