Responsibilities: • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood As a licensed real estate salesperson, you will utilize your knowledge of local real estate markets to aid individual clients, landlords, or developers in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties. This includes providing world-class customer service to ensure client satisfaction and trust, and increase sales volume. With support from management, you will oversee the entire transaction to ensure a quick and seamless experience. Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Tech savvy • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Successful Applicants possess: • New York State real estate license • Desire to build a meaningful career, rather than just get a job • Enterprising drive and motivation to succeed Compensation: $100,000+ at plan earnings
