    We are seeking an Experienced Recruiter to support high-volume and specialized hiring needs across field service, skilled trades, engineering, and construction roles.     Key Responsibilities

    Source, recruit, and interview candidates for field service, construction, skilled trades, and engineering-related roles.

    Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.

    Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and project timelines.

    Develop creative and proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.

    Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.

    Maintain accurate documentation and workflow tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

    Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and hiring recommendations based on industry trends.

    Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

    2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting field service, construction, engineering, or skilled trades roles.

    Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, candidate sourcing strategies, and interview best practices.

    Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    Proficiency with ATS platforms, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.

    High sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
