The Senior Product Designer drives overall design decisions and leads the tactical design work associated with assigned projects. This includes responsibility for delivering design maps, user journeys, wire frames, supporting visuals, prototypes and pixel perfect design comps.
The Senior Product Designer works with Designers, Engineers and Content Developers to deliver design projects in a timely and efficient manner. This role is also occasionally responsible for the creative approval of work completed by his/her peers.
Responsibilities include:
- Leads multiple projects within a track and supports the tactical direction and holistic design work output
- Architects and designs high-quality and engaged experience for customers and Associates
- Utilizes best practices and advanced knowledge to build user flows, wireframes, and design comps and low-fidelity prototypes to ensure our products deliver optimal experience
- Understand the needs of each project and line of business
- Utilize variety of architecture, UI design and graphic design skills to best meet the varying needs of business
- Responsible for solving complex business, technical or design problems at a portfolio level
- Responsible for leading multiple projects within a singular track of work within a platform/suite of products
- Holds expert knowledge of external processes and technologies, both standard and unique, including the work processes, technologies, platforms and services of our business and technology capabilities
- Works cross-functionally with other teams
- Builds Internal Tools
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree AND 5+ years’ experience in UX Design/Product Management
or
- 7+ years’ experience in UX Design/Product Management
- Proficiency with SKETCH and other design tools
- Expert understanding of design system theory and execution
- Strong Emphasis on Software Designing
- Create Good User Interfaces without having to use Graphics

- Past Marketing experience
- React and Android experience
- Someone who codes and designs
- Tools: POS System, Order Management system, product management system
