10+ years of ServiceNow experience

Senior ServiceNow Developer resource will design, develop, deploy and provide technical and end user training. Work with ServiceNow modules to implement requested applications including but not limited to the incident management module, facilities module and service portal. ServiceNow resource will make recommendations on standards, best practices and procedures.

The Leadership Team expects this individual to:

• Define standards/best practices
• Architect solutions
• Train other technical resources
• Strong developer overall

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support on all aspects of ServiceNow development for the existing and requested applications
• Full project life cycle ownership including design, development, unit testing, end user testing, technical and end user documentation, implementation and post-deployment support
• Ongoing daily operational support
• Collaborates with internal technical and business teams to provide expertise on solving business opportunities within the ServiceNow product if appropriate
• Assist with establishing best practices and standard procedures for the ServiceNow environment
• Involvement in process improvements
• Involvement in creation of basic development standards (e.g. naming conventions)
• Root cause analysis and counter measure activity
• Build strong partnerships with internal technical and business teams
• Develop project plans and delivery timelines related ServiceNow activities and formal projects / enhancements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• ServiceNow experience working the service portal, incident modules and facilities modules
• Experience with the service portal and mobile solutions
• Experience with the London (or higher) version is preferred
