OVERVIEW:

The bureau has been using an out-of-date warehouse to store data related to applicants etc.

• This system must be updated as support is discontinued, and the system is failing.
• In addition to a new warehouse, the system must be integrated with gateway application as the another team uses the system for grants management.
• Revenue Application - This project will redesign and reengineer the current Revenue Application System using modern and supported hardware and software platforms, consolidating common system processes, and leveraging automation to streamline the business processes.
• The position is a .Net developer to work on the projects.
• Develop .Net components, REST services, SQL Server database scripts and stored procedures based on design specifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact with agency/business subject matter experts (SME) to understand business needs/requirements, Vendors of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products, and IT teams to determine and design application and system requirements
• Participate in the entire Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) including debugging and configuring solution.
• Design and document all components of approved application solutions including system integrations.
• Use TFS/GIT version control for application code and document repository.
• Design database, create Tables, Stored procedures, Triggers, Views, Functions using T-SQL in SQL Server database.
• Create DDL and DML scripts and migrate to lower and production database.
• Design and develop REST APIs using .Net 6, C# to consume in a webbased business application.
• Design and develop reports using SSRS to integrate with application.
• Design and develop SSIS packages to automate the data extract and transfers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of experience in database design, create Tables, Stored procedures, Triggers, Views, Functions using T-SQL in SQL Server database.
• 7+ years of experience developing complex business system using the Microsoft .NET Framework including ASP.NET 6, C#, REST and Web API and Entity Framework.
• 5+ years of experience in leading design and architect entire project/application from the back end.
• 5+ years of experience in design and develop complex reports using SSRS.
• 5+ years of experience working with agency/business subject matter experts (SME) to understand business needs/requirements, Vendors of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products, and IT teams to determine and design application and system requirements.
• 3+ years of experience design and develop SSIS packages to automate the data extract and transfers.
• 5+ years of experience using source code controller such as TFS/GIT.
