As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care. You will play a key role in assisting with procedures, maintaining clinical efficiency, and ensuring a comfortable experience for every patient. Schedule: • 8-hour shift Responsibilities: • Assist the dentist chair-side during exams and procedures • Perform expanded duties permitted under RDA licensure • Take dental x-rays and impressions • Sterilize and organize instruments and equipment • Record medical and dental histories and vital signs • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care • Maintain accurate patient records with confidentiality • Follow OSHA and HIPAA safety guidelines • Support daily operations and assist the front desk as needed Qualifications: • Valid California RDA license (Required) • CPR certification (Required) • X-ray certification • Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred • Strong communication and multitasking skills • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Language: • Bilingual (English and Chinese) preferred Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
