Experienced Residential HVAC Service & Installation Technician
Seattle, WA | Full-Time | $41–$45/hour DOE

What You Will Do
Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform residential HVAC installations, including equipment change-outs and system upgrades
Ensure installations meet code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners before, during, and after work
Maintain accurate service and installation documentation using company-provided mobile tools
Represent the company with professionalism, technical competence, and pride
Contribute to building a high-standard service and installation culture as the company scales
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable, hands-on residential HVAC service and installation experience
Licensing:
EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred)
Washington State Electrical Trainee Card or Journeyman 06A Electrical License
Seattle Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License (preferred)
Driving: Valid Washington State Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Compensation
Hourly Pay + Commission: $41–$45 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
Full-time, year-round work with stable scheduling
