What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in providing outstanding service to our residents while maintaining the quality, safety, and appearance of our apartment communities.
Responsibilities include:
Responding to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, windows, and general building systems
Performing preventive maintenance throughout the community
Completing apartment make-readies and unit turns
Maintaining building safety and cleanliness
Diagnosing maintenance issues and implementing effective solutions
Completing work orders accurately using AppFolio
Communicating effectively with Property Managers and fellow maintenance team members
Participating in the on-call rotation after completing training
Maintaining company tools, equipment, and work areas

Qualifications
Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience preferred
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
