    What You’ll Do

    Handle day-to-day maintenance of multiple apartment buildings and townhomes.

    Perform technical repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting.

    Repair/install appliances, maintain window screens/blinds, and service interior/exterior doors.

    Prepare units for new residents, rehab apartments, and complete work orders promptly.

    Assist with property inspections and partner closely with property managers.

    Communicate professionally with residents, team members, and visitors.

    Adapt quickly to schedule changes, especially when emergencies arise.

    Preferred Skills

    HVAC and boiler experience (preferred, not required).

    Strong written and verbal communication.

    Basic computer/tablet skills.

    Ability to follow through and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    What We’re Looking For

    Minimum of 3 years in a similar maintenance role.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (must be able to drive a truck with a trailer).

    Comfortable lifting 40 lbs. and climbing ladders.

    Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime/weekend work.

    Schedule

    Full-time, 8-hour shift

    Monday–Friday

    On-call rotation

    Weekends as needed
