About Us: We are a NEW breakfast restaurant franchise company dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating an outstanding experience for our customers. Our Falls River location is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Oversee staffing, recruitment, and training for team members.

Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance, drive sales, and increase customer satisfaction.

Monitor and manage inventory, supply chain, and budgeting to meet company goals.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community members.

Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely solutions to any issues that arise.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a A.General Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and profit & loss management.

Ability to handle customer service challenges with professionalism and diplomacy.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

A positive, hands-on approach to leadership and operations management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in [industry specific, e.g., retail, hospitality, restaurant, etc.].

Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
