About the Role:

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Greater Phoenix is looking for an Experienced Restoration Estimator to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping homeowners and businesses recover from unexpected damage while working with a company that takes pride in delivering exceptional restoration services. Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site assessments of water, fire, smoke, and mold damage to develop accurate restoration estimates

Prepare detailed scopes of work using industry-standard estimating software (Xactimate or similar)

Communicate and negotiate estimates with insurance adjusters, property owners, and project managers

Collaborate with production teams to ensure estimates align with project timelines and resources

Document job site conditions with photos, measurements, and written reports

Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, agents, and clients

Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as scope changes arise throughout the restoration process

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restoration estimating (water, fire, mold, or storm damage)

Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software

Solid understanding of insurance claims processes and property restoration industry standards

IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, or similar) is a plus

Strong communication and negotiation skills with adjusters and clients

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
