General Manager | Operations & Sales Leader
Earnings Potential: $65,000 – $100,000+ Annually (Base + Uncapped Performance Bonus)
We are seeking a high-performing General Manager to lead our automotive service center. This is not just a "shop manager" role; this is a position for a true business builder who understands how to drive the top line while maintaining operational discipline.

📈 Core Objectives: Driving the Business
Your success will be defined by your ability to manage the business closely and execute on these key factors:
Top-Line Sales & Car Count: Take ownership of the shop’s growth. You will be responsible for driving daily sales, increasing car count, and maximizing every bay's potential.
Credit Sales Mastery: Proactively drive credit sales and financing options to help customers get the repairs they need while boosting shop revenue.
KPI & Process Discipline: Manage by the numbers. You will follow a rigorous process to hit key performance indicators (KPIs) daily, from average repair order (ARO) to labor margins.
Customer Experience: Deliver a "Yes" culture. You are the face of the business, ensuring every customer receives transparent, expert consultation and follows through on recommended services.
🛠️ Leadership & Operations
Technician Management: Direct a team of up to 10 technicians. Your job is to clear the path for their success—managing their workflow, diagnosing bottlenecks, and coaching them for high performance.
Comprehensive Inspections: Oversee the inspection process to ensure every vehicle is thoroughly vetted and recommendations are accurately communicated to the client.
Facility Ownership: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility. You are responsible for inventory counts, parts sourcing, and overall shop standards.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
5+ Years Experience: Proven track record in retail store management (Automotive Service Writing experience is required).
Sales Leadership: Ability to close sales with integrity and train others to do the same.
Operational Grit: Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of shop workflow.
Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Valid Driver’s License: Essential for shop operations.
