Position Summary

Bigfoot Roofing & Construction is seeking an Experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is designed for a driven sales professional who already understands the roofing sales process and thrives in a performance-based environment. You will generate business through door-to-door prospecting, manage company-provided leads from insurance partners and referrals, and guide homeowners through the inspection, insurance, and sales process from start to finish.

What You'll Do as an Experienced Roofing Sales Representative

Generate new opportunities through door-to-door prospecting and neighborhood outreac

Conduct professional roof inspections and educate homeowners on recommended solutions

Work qualified leads provided through insurance networks and company referrals

Guide homeowners through the storm restoration and insurance claims process

Build trust with homeowners and manage the full sales cycle from inspection to project completion

Accurately estimate job scope and pricing using AccuLynx

Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to production

What We're Looking For in an Experienced Roofing Sales Representative

Proven experience in residential roofing sales

Strong knowledge of storm restoration, insurance claims, and homeowner sales cycles

Track record of generating leads and closing deals in a commission-based environment

Self-motivated and highly goal-oriented, with the ability to manage your own pipeline

Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based role with earnings based on job profit

Experience with AccuLynx or similar CRM platforms

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with homeowners

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
