You'll work directly with commercial property owners, property managers, facility managers, HOAs, retail centers, industrial facilities, and commercial real estate professionals, helping them improve, maintain, and protect their properties through professional exterior maintenance and improvement solutions.

What You'll Do
- Prospect and connect with commercial property owners, property managers, facility managers, HOAs, and business decision-makers within assigned territories
- Generate new business opportunities through face-to-face interactions, networking, business development efforts, and relationship-building
- Conduct consultations to identify customer needs and recommend service solutions
- Develop relationships that lead to both one-time project opportunities and recurring monthly service agreements
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing

- Parking lot striping
- Sealcoating and asphalt maintenance
- Asphalt repair
