Carz R Us LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our team. This is a 100% commission-based position with high earning potential for driven individuals.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles

Provide outstanding customer service

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Meet and exceed sales targets

Explain vehicle features and financing options

Follow dealership policies and procedures

Make sales lead calls

Post vehicles on social media platforms

Answer incoming phone calls

Assist with re-organizing vehicles on the lot

Assist with receiving new incoming vehicles

Assist with moving cars to and from service location

Requirements:

Previous auto sales experience preferred

Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Self-motivated and results-driven
