Responsibilities: • Engage with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new, existing, and prospective clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and trust. • Collaborate with our PR team to leverage resources that enhance client engagement and drive sales. • Stay informed about industry trends and insurance products to offer clients the most relevant and beneficial options. • Utilize your keen attention to detail to navigate and explain complex insurance plans clearly and effectively. • Work closely with our internal teams to streamline processes and improve client experiences. • Proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement within your sales territory. Qualifications: • Experience in the sales industry, with a focus on sales and customer service. • Ability to listen actively and assess client needs to recommend suitable insurance plans. • Strong organizational skills to manage client records and sales databases efficiently. • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships. • Commitment to staying updated on industry changes and policy requirements. • High School Diploma required. Compensation: $70,000 yearly
