What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience – 3+ years in sales, with strong preference for automotive service advising.
Sales-Driven Mindset – You understand how to turn inspections into approved work while maintaining trust and transparency.
Customer-Focused – You know how to build relationships, handle objections with ease, and create repeat customers.
Organized & Tech-Savvy – Skilled at managing workflow, building estimates, coordinating parts/dispatch, and comfortable with digital vehicle inspections and shop management software.
Leadership & Team Player – Works seamlessly with technicians and management to keep the shop efficient and profitable.
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and guide them through their service experience from drop-off to delivery.
Translate customer concerns into clear work orders for technicians.
Advise and sell recommended services with confidence and professionalism.
Manage parts ordering and ensure smooth workflow throughout the shop.
Perform quality control checks and review completed work with customers.
Proactively follow up to build loyalty, schedule maintenance, and keep bays full.
