About the Role:

Ace Signs Inc is looking for a skilled and motivated Sign Installer to join our growing team in Springfield, MA! This is a hands-on role where you'll bring brands to life by installing eye-catching signage for a variety of clients. If you love working with your hands, enjoy variety in your day, and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and remove interior and exterior signage at customer locations

Operate aerial lifts, boom lifts, and ladders to complete installations at various heights

Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and installation diagrams

Perform basic electrical connections for illuminated and LED signs

Ensure all installations meet safety codes, quality standards, and client specifications

Conduct site surveys and pre-installation assessments

Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working order

Requirements:

Prior experience in sign installation, construction, or a related trade required

Comfortable working at heights and in various outdoor weather conditions

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL a plus

Aerial/boom lift certification or willingness to obtain one

Basic electrical knowledge for illuminated sign installations

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
