Job Title: Experienced Construction Worker

Location: Multiple projects. Transportation not provided. Job Type: Full Time Reports To: Site Supervisor / Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various phases of construction, including framing, concrete, drywall, finishing, and general labor. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities: • Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites • Operate hand and power tools of various types • Assist in layout, framing, and foundation work • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications • Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim • Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials • Mix and pour concrete • Handle material loading/unloading and site preparation • Ensure work areas are clean and safe at all times • Follow OSHA and company safety standards

Requirements: • 3+ years of construction experience in residential or commercial projects • Proficient in use of construction tools and equipment • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings • Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations • Excellent physical stamina and hand-eye coordination • Reliable transportation and punctuality • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
