Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Snow Plow Driver for the winter season. This is a seasonal, on-call position activated during snow events. Drivers are responsible for operating plow trucks and related equipment to safely clear and treat properties during winter weather conditions.

Work hours are weather-dependent and scheduled based on snowfall and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Operate snow plows, salt spreaders, and related equipment

Clear parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and roadways

Apply salt and de-icing materials as directed

Perform pre- and post-shift equipment inspections

Complete basic job documentation and communicate with dispatch

Follow all company safety protocols

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional snow plowing experience required

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Reliable transportation to assigned routes

Ability to work independently and make safe decisions in changing weather

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work

Availability for on-call snow events, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Schedule

Up to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and equipment capability

Weekly pay

Overtime paid in accordance with state and federal law when applicable

Seasonal, on-call scheduling during winter months

Work Environment

Outdoor work in cold, snowy, and icy conditions

Extended shifts during heavy snowfall events
