As we prepare for the winter season, we’re looking for a dependable and experienced Snow Plow Driver to join our crew.

What You’ll Do

Safely operate snow plows, salt spreaders, and other snow removal equipment

Clear snow and ice from parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and roadways

Apply salt or de-icing materials as needed to prevent hazards

Respond promptly during snow events (day, night, weekends, or holidays as needed)

Maintain and inspect equipment before and after shifts

Complete simple daily job reports and communicate effectively with dispatch

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of professional snow plowing experience

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Reliable transportation to job sites

Ability to work independently and make quick, safe decisions in changing weather

Comfortable working outdoors in cold, snowy, and icy conditions

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor when needed

Schedule
