We handle the sales, customer relationships, estimating, and project coordination so our subcontractors can focus on what they do best: showing up, working hard, producing quality work, and completing projects efficiently.

We Are Looking For Crews Experienced In:

• Carpentry and general remodeling
• Masonry and tuckpointing
• Deck construction and exterior carpentry
• Siding and exterior repairs
• Concrete work
• Interior remodeling and finish work
• Other residential construction trades

What We Are Looking For:

• Established independent contractors or experienced subcontractor crews
• Liability insurance required
• Contractor licensing is preferred, but not required for all trades
• Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
• Strong workmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to complete projects efficiently and professionally
• Dependable scheduling and communication
• Clean, professional jobsites
• Contractors who take pride in their work and stand behind what they build
