Swimming Pool Repair Technician (3+ Years Experience Required) Location: Based in Central Florida Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (with occasional 5th day or Saturday, if needed) Type: Full-Time Compensation: Starting at $50,000/yr, paid hourly (Based on Experience)

EXPERIENCE IS A MUST — DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW. You must be willing and able to travel with a trainer during the initial training period.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in swimming pool equipment repair and diagnostics

In-depth knowledge of new and old equipment brands (Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, etc.)

Strong understanding of pool chemistry

Ability to communicate clearly with customers and office staff

Must be able to work independently

Clean driving record (background check required)

Duties (Experience with ALL is Required)

Diagnosing in-ground pool/spa systems

Installing/replacing pumps, motors, valves, and plumbing

Heater and heat pump installation and troubleshooting

Salt chlorination system repair and diagnostics

Automation systems (install and troubleshoot)

Drain & cleans, acid washes, and post-renovation start-ups

Installation and diagnostics of LED, incandescent, and nicheless lighting
