🌟 Assistant Teacher – Toddler Classrooms (Ages 1–2) 🌟 Location: The Learning Experience, Columbia Schedule: 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday availability required Compensation: Based on Experience

We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and committed Assistant Teacher to join our toddler classroom team. If you love supporting young children as they learn, explore, and grow, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a daily impact.

What You’ll Do

Partner with lead teachers to deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities and routines

Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment

Support daily care needs, including diapering, feeding, and smooth transitions

Build trusting, positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff

Observe and document developmental milestones and classroom behaviors

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children (ages 1–3)

Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus

Flexibility to work within the 7:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
