About the Role:

The Caring Commute is looking for compassionate and reliable Drivers to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. Responsibilities:

Safely transport passengers to and from scheduled destinations in a timely manner

Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing in the vehicle as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning vehicle at all times

Follow assigned routes and schedules while adapting to real-time changes

Communicate professionally and courteously with passengers, families, and dispatch

Complete trip logs, mileage reports, and other required documentation accurately

Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record

Previous driving experience, preferably in passenger transport or a related field

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Ability to assist passengers with mobility challenges in a patient and respectful manner

Strong punctuality, time management, and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, customer-focused attitude

Must pass a background check and drug screening
