Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all phases of commercial litigation , from initial client consultation through trial and appeal • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies aimed at achieving favorable outcomes for clients • Conduct in-depth legal research and draft clear, persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs • Advocate for clients in court proceedings , mediations, and arbitrations with professionalism and skill • Maintain close communication with clients , providing accurate legal advice and regular updates on case progress • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm's collective expertise and best practices Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school • Active membership in the Texas State Bar • Minimum of 5 years of trial experience in commercial litigation • Proven ability to independently manage complex cases with minimal oversight • Exceptional analytical, research, and legal writing skills • Strong courtroom presence and persuasive oral advocacy abilities
