About the Role:

Manufacturing Company in Fairfield, NJ is looking for a skilled and experienced Urethane Manufacturing Foreman to lead our production team. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise in urethane manufacturing will directly drive quality, efficiency, and team success. Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day urethane manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules and quality standards are met

Supervise, mentor, and coordinate production floor team members to maximize efficiency and output

Monitor urethane mixing, casting, molding, and curing processes to ensure product consistency

Enforce workplace safety protocols and OSHA compliance throughout the facility

Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed

Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions to minimize defects and waste

Collaborate with management to optimize workflows, reduce downtime, and meet production targets

Requirements:

Proven experience in urethane, rubber, silicone, or polymer manufacturing

Previous supervisory or foreman experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of urethane mixing, casting, and molding processes

Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection procedures

Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, work orders, and production schedules

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and safe handling of chemical materials
