Job Description
The EMS Unlimited Wildland EMT or Paramedic will deploy on campaign wildfires for up to 14-21 day's. This position requires a minimum of 1 year wildland experience with a preferred 2 years experience. EMS Unlimited provides compassionate medical care to line firefighters and support staff. Hiking and camping will be required and the work environment is extreme.
EMS Unlimited EMTs and Paramedics on the Wildland Medical Team may be assigned to Wildfire Ambulances, Wildfire Fireline Teams and/or Wildfire Rapid Extraction Module (REM).

Non guaranteed, dependent on fire requests
Deployments: 14-21 days (Add 2 days for travel time), 24/7 shift starts after check in at ICP and deployment in the field.
POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY:
EMS Unlimited wildland staff support the needs of requesting agencies for wildland fires. There are 3 different positions that staff may be assigned to:
** Line EMT/Paramedic**
** Ambulance**
** REM**
