About the Role:

Be Well In-Home Care is looking for compassionate and experienced Caregivers, Nursing Assistants, and Medical Assistants to join our growing team in Surprise, AZ! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by delivering personalized, high-quality care right in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance

Monitor and record patient vitals, health changes, and daily progress

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention

Administer medications and support medication management as permitted by certification

Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errand assistance

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care coordinators

Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or Medical Assistant required

Valid CNA, MA, or relevant certification preferred

Strong knowledge of in-home care, patient safety, and infection control practices

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
