About the Role:

Glass Doctor of Meridian, ID is under new ownership and is looking for an experienced Flat Glass Technician/Glazier to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and install flat glass for residential and commercial applications

Perform glass replacements for windows, doors, storefronts, and mirrors

Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and job specifications

Safely handle and transport glass materials and glazing equipment

Inspect completed installations for quality and accuracy

Interact professionally with customers on job sites

Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site

Requirements:

Proven experience as a glazier or flat glass technician required, including working independently

At least one year of experience installing commercial storefront or heavy glass showers

Knowledge of glass cutting, framing, and installation techniques

Ability to work with storefront systems, window frames, and door hardware

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a basic background check

Ability to lift and maneuver heavy glass panels safely

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Excellent customer service and communication skills
