SUMMARY
****The Experiential Education and Career Pathways Coordinator (EECPC) develops and coordinates experiential learning and career pathway opportunities that support student retention, completion, workforce readiness, and employment outcomes, with an emphasis on adult learners. The Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the College and employers, community organizations, and workforce partners to expand internships, work-based learning opportunities, and career preparation services. The position directly supports SUNY Reconnect and other workforce initiatives through employer engagement, student advising, program assessment, and outcome tracking.
This is a professional 12-month position with some evening and weekend hours required.
QUALIFICATIONS
****1. Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of three years of professional experience in higher education, workforce development, career services, experiential learning, employer relations, student success, or a related field.
3. Experience working with diverse student populations, including adult learners.
4. Experience with data collection, reporting, assessment, and program evaluation preferred.
5. Knowledge of experiential learning and workforce development best practices preferred.
