Experior Financial Group is expanding and looking for Financial Services Associates. This is a remote position working from home. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneur who is hard-working, self-motivated and driven for success. This is an enterprise opportunity to take charge of and maximize your earnings through a commission-based system and generous bonuses.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Financial Associate at Experior Financial Group, you'll be an integral member of a team that helps clients achieve financial goals. You'll offer high-quality expert advice to budget, build, and control their money from birth to end-of-life—including education saving, life insurance, accidental/disability insurance, retirement savings, and estate planning. You will build a client base, create tailored financial plans, and maintain trustworthy relationships. Experior offers the best commission-based compensation system in the industry allowing our Associates unlimited earning potential.

Financial Associates with Experior Financial Group are trained to ensure compliance with finance regulations and company policies.

JOB DUTIES

• Provide clients with a consultation to determine their current financial situation
• Follow through on client requests, anticipating client needs, and providing end-to-end guidance
• Prepare recommendations for customized financial solutions to current and potential customers
• Help clients identify risk and manage it appropriately
• Understand the latest developments in the financial world and share information with clients to help them make informed decisions
• Comply with all company risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls
