DATA INPUT/DATA REMEDIATION SPECIALIST
18 MONTH CONTRACT/PROJECT ROLES. Part of huge hiring initiative seeking individuals to process data and information. Analysis, review and input of financial information and data. Entry to junior level role. 1-2 years experience and heavy data input/data entry/data remediation. REMOTE POSITIONS BUT MUST BE LOCAL TO LOCATIONS LISTED BELOW. PAY: $17-20/HR. Must be eligible to work in US without sponsorship. New college graduates welcome. High school diploma minimum.
_CANDIDATES WILL BE WORKING REMOTE, BUT THE MANAGERS WILL NEED FOR THE CANDIDATES TO BE LOCATED IN AND AROUND THE AREAS OF SOUTHLAKE, TX; OMAHA, NEBRASKA OR ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI. CANDIDATES WILL BE NEED TO GO ON-SITE TO PICK UP THEIR EQUIPMENT SO SHOULD BE REASONABLY CLOSE TO ONE OF THE 3 LOCATIONS. _DATA REMEDIATION ROLE
Alphanumeric data entry/input/remediation from raw data. Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors. Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered. Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors. Maintain logs of activities and completed work. Read source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields. Usually requires heavy data entry/data input production. 10-key skills a plus. Familiar with spreadsheets and database software. Strong attention to detail.
This role is responsible for researching and updating missing client information. Projects can change depending on the focus of the cleanup. Researching through existing TD Ameritrade systems for client paperwork/documentation and updating missing information in appropriate system. Using additional resources such as Accurint to locate and verify information. Ability to navigate multiple computer systems. Ability to stay focused and motivated throughout the day to meet production targets. Focus on quality and efficiency while working through the work items. Meet performance expectations as outlined by the manager.
