REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• SAP TERP10 Certification preferred
• Must understand the Order-to-Ship process within SAP
• Knowledge of the Bill-of-Materials function within SAP

DESCRIPTION

• As part of the Product Data Analyst team, you will be responsible for translating special orders into the SAP environment.
• Even though the orders are delivered in a standardized form, information can be missing, and it would be your duty to conceptualize the product and get all of the important information into SAP so that the client gets the product that they ordered.
• Current PDAs describe the job as coming in and having to put a puzzle together each day.
• On this team the product life cycle is longer in duration.
• PDA will facilitate and coordinate the creation and maintenance of product data models for new and existing products as required by Marketing, Engineering, Sales, PIC, Sourcing, Manufacturing Operations and Distribution.
• Tasks include the composition and production of publications such as Specification Guides, including verification that they are consistent with their corresponding product databases.
• Ensure consistency between databases.
• The emphasis is on data integrity, providing efficient order specification, pricing, manufacturing and shipping for improved product profitability and dealer/customer satisfaction.
