    Job Description

     

    POTENTIAL TEMP TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY

    The Analyst, Ethics and Compliance Operations plays a key role in ensuring that the Companys Ethics & Compliance team operates smoothly and supports the needs of the business units. The Analyst, Ethics and Compliance Operations will report to the Senior Supervisor, Ethics and Compliance Communications and Operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

    • Advance the Ethics and Compliance Operations program by contributing to key cross-functional projects and meeting the needs of the Ethics and Compliance team
    • Assist with creation, rollout, and analysis of the Annual Disclosures Questionnaire (ADQ) and the Ethics and Compliance Perceptions Survey using internal and external software platforms
    • Contribute to Worlds Most Ethical Companies list application, Ethics and Compliance Annual Report, and other similar projects
    • Support departmental budgeting, playbook creation, goal setting, meetings, and summits
    • Handle eDiscovery needs of Investigation team, including uploading data to Relativity platform and performing search queries
    • Contribute to Ethics and Compliance work instructions, manuals, and monthly emails
    • Support Compliance Awareness Month activities, including assisting employees with technical support on the ADQ
    • Help coordinate Ethics and Compliance translations, code revisions, and policy updates
    • Other special projects and duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS  

    • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred
    • Experience in the areas of legal or ethics and compliance operations, eDiscovery, and/or a related field preferred
    • Knowledge of eDiscovery platforms, including Relativity, preferred
    • CCEP or similar certification a plus
    • Competency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel (including V-lookups and pivot tables)
    • Ability to work effectively with customers and management
    • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment, including focusing when needed on the matter at hand
    • Strong work ethic and ability to produce high-quality work product under deadline pressures
    • Ability to work effectively in a global environment, including sensitivity to cultural differences
    • Position requires little to no travel
