    Marketing Assistant

     

    Location: Cambridge, MA (02142)

    Contract Length: 12 months (with possibility of extension)

     

    Description:

    The Marketing Assistant role will support tactical execution of the US DUPIXENT Franchise marketing strategy focused on end to end joint review committee (JRC) management, and strategic management of commercial sponsorship requests with a strong emphasis on compliance matters.

     

    Responsibilities:

    · Manage joint review committee (JRC) submissions for all indications across the US DUPIXENT Franchise and prioritize with the Alliance Review Committee Manager (RCM) all JRC activities for the overall review process within the BU

    · Serve as central point of the JRC process using the Veeva system

    · Track progress of commercial jobs through the Veeva process throughout the jobs life cycle

    · Manage all JRC meetings and provide timely updates of job status after each meeting to job originator(s)

    · Prioritize agenda and review materials and align with appropriate reviewers before each JRC meeting according to set timelines agreed upon by the Alliance reviewers

    · Function as the primary contact with external vendors to ensure all processes are followed for each job submission to maintain timely review of said item(s)

    · Perform quality control (QC) on all finalized reviewed pieces in the Veeva system before final release

    · Notify JRC chairperson of any/all job which are in a critical job status

    · Maintain active communication with Alliance RCM to ensure overall efficient and effective review process is implemented

    · Participate in weekly council meetings to facilitate the planning and organizing of future joint review meetings

    · Complete all mandatory update training required by regulatory review process

    · Manage the Commercial Sponsorship Program as BU Sponsorship Program Officer

    · Process all commercial sponsorship requests

    · Generate regular reports of pending sponsorships with details, to share with appropriate stakeholders

    · Organize monthly Sponsorship Review Committee meetings, presenting sponsorship recommendations, and ensuring full alignment of the Committee on approved / rejected sponsorship requests and amounts

    · Process approved applications through the system, including sending out agreements to Organizations, following up with reviewers to ensure timeliness, and processing and mailing payments

     

    Experience and Required Skills:

    · Minimum undergraduate degree

    · At least 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or project management at a pharmaceutical or biotech company

    · Strong organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to help lead multiple projects and handle multiple priorities

    · High attention to detail

    · Proven ability to work in matrix organizations and with Alliance partners

    · Ability to gain consensus among cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships

    · Strong written and verbal communication skills

    · Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced, innovative and performance driven environment

    · Knowledge of and experience working within the Legal and Regulatory landscape pertaining to pharmaceutical marketing; including Medical/Legal/Regulatory Review Committee process

    · Experience with Veeva to manage JRC process a plus

    · Experience working on a marketing team and aligning projects with the brand positioning and strategies
