Searching for Customer Service Representative in city of Ontario.
Willl help provide customer support, answering inquiries, addressing and troubleshooting problems, processing refunds, maintaining records of all transactions, and referring them to other services when necessary. Respond in a timely and professional manner to internal and external customer e-mails, inquiries, needs, questions, issues, and concerns. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum 3 years of experience.
