Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in the video games industry with a focus and passion for rendering, shading, lighting, vfx, and/or realtime graphics.
- Solid understanding of GPU workflows (lighting, rendering, compute shaders), especially using Unreal Engine 5.
- Demonstrable professional experience developing functional and efficient shaders and materials that meet both visual and real-time performance requirements.
- Strong HLSL, GSL, or similar shader programming expertise.
- Professional experience with node based shading systems.
- Familiarity with Direct 12 or similar graphics API.
- Proven track record of building scalable lighting, shading, and material pipelines.
- Experience with profiling tools such as PIX, RenderDoc, Unreal Insights, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to taking ownership, setting goals, exchanging knowledge and driving initiatives independently.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome complex technical challenges and drive innovation in technology.

- Experience in tool development and automation using C++ or Python.
