    Job Description We are looking for an Event Sales Coordinator. An event coordinator assistant must be well-organized and competent in sales management. Communication skills and attention to detail will set apart the best among the candidates. Add a shot of enthusiasm and passion for the job and you’ll be our ideal candidate. The goal is to organize unforgettable events that will ensure the entertainment of participants and facilitate the completion of business objectives.

    Salary range: $45000 - $55000 per year.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage our event promotions, and strategy in conjunction with management.

    • Coordinate trade shows and event staff

    • Ensure events are successful from beginning to end.

    • Responsible for inventory and displays

    • Track and implement execution timeline and expenses per events.

    • Oversee displays setup for events/ trade shows and breakdown.

    • Maintain regular & efficient communication.

    • Develop and train new team members and advise management on marketing strategies

    • Being a brand ambassador for the company and representing the brand positively at all times.

    • Reporting to Line Manager on all sales activities

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as an event coordinator.

    • A proven track record of organizing successful events.

    • Excellent vendor management skills.

    • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.

    • Well-organized with multi-tasking skills.

    • Able to handle stress and remain calm.

    • Problem-solving ability.

    • Sales experience.

    • A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred.

    • A desire to learn and grow within the company.
