RESEARCH SCIENTIST (PAY DOE) MISSOULA, MT JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with lab technicians to execute in vivo and in vitro experiments
• Analyze and interpret data and input into lab inventory management system
• Assist senior research scientists and team members with day-to-day activities of Expesicor’s core research lab
• Develop working knowledge of existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and draft new procedures to optimize lab workflow
• Reports to Senior Research Scientists and Director of Neuroscience
• Assist research interns with their projects under Expesicor’s internship program

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

• Expesicor is fast growing startup. Ideally you are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and can adapt with Expesicor’s dynamically changing research needs
• EITHER:

A Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, or a related field with 2+ years of in vivo laboratory research experience 

OR:

A Master’s of Science or PhD in Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, or a related field 

• Comfortable with independence within a fast-paced work environment
