I. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate the scheduling of conference calls for the Study Design Manager and Study Director to discuss study designs with Clients.
- Draft study design quotes based on the study designs provided by Clients or Study Directors.
- Follow up on provided quotes for approval status, required signatures and PO numbers.
- Maintain datasheets for quotation tracking and update Zoho CRM records
- Assist with contract research monthly billing.

II. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Work in a sitting or standing position requiring bending and stretching of arms and legs throughout regular workshift.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Must have experience or academic knowledge in biology, pharmacology, or pharmacokinetics.
- Familiar with contract research services in a variety of animal models including pharmacokinetics, toxicology, oncology, metabolic diseases, infectious diseases, and immune disorders.
- Ability to work in a high-paced, high quality customer service environment.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Must have service orientated work styles.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BS in the biological sciences and a minimum of 2 years industry experience required.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Must be willing to commute to off-site work location (if necessary).
- Must be willing to work in life sciences industry.
