    JOB DESCRIPTION

    A chief financial officer (CFO) is the senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of a company. The CFO's duties include tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Lead the Finance area of the company reporting directly to the Board.
    • Formulate and implement strategies to boost the company and make it more efficient.
    • Perform analysis of trends, productivity and quality parameters. Identify issues and implement the changes and improvements needed to fix them.
    • Manage the cash flow of the company.
    • Identify opportunities for expansion and growth: future investments, M&A, lines of business, etc.
    • Develop strategies for financial performance monitoring.
    • Carry out the structure of reports, financial economic analysis and budgetary control.
    • Manage and lead all teams in the area, getting involved in their development and hiring strategy.
    • Lead the company's IPO process.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • High School Diploma
    • Associate / Bachelor Degree in related field
    • Pass Background Check
    • 1-2 years of experience in related field
    • Proven work experience as in related field or similar role
    • Proven experience as on resume for this position

    SKILLS

    • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
    • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Strong communications skills
