    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Join our Marketing team as the Social Media Coordinator and help ExploreMyPC continue to sharpen our digital marketing capabilities. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Strategy Lead, this role will help amplify and manage our company's social media accounts as well as write and edit digital content. Remote work within the company footprint will be considered.

    Social media marketing at ExploreMyPC includes positioning our professionals and the company as leaders in our industries and specialties by providing best-in-class content. The Social Media Coordinator will draft posts, manage the scheduling of all social media channels including our Brand Ambassador posts, and collaborate with contributors to develop content that generates traffic to exploremypc.com and increase the awareness of our services. This position has hands-on day-to-day development and management to amplify ExploreMyPC company's social media presence.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Develop and manage a high volume of day-to-day social media posts and assets for the company's channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Glassdoor creating a unique voice for each digital channel to increase readership and interaction.
    • Create and manage a bank of posts.
    • Plan and maintain content calendar including key holidays for all social media channels.
    • Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, questions, and comments.
    • Manage research projects as needed along with identifying trends in the B2B space for content creation opportunities.
    • Help execute B2B social media paid campaigns.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • High School Diploma
    • Associate / Bachelor Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Digital Writing/Social Media, Marketing or related field
    • Pass Background Check
    • 1-3 years experience with social media channels, as well as writing and developing content, ideally within a professional services environment.

    SKILLS

    • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
    • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Strong communications skills

    PAY & BENEFITS

    • Pay: $150 / mo (stipend)
