Expo Duties

• Effectively communicate order information between the kitchen and service staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and table assignments to facilitate smooth operations.
• Assist servers and bartenders with food delivery to optimize service times.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting fellow employees.

Expo Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Valid state-issued food safety and handling certification.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
