Job Title: Expo (Part-Time & Full-Time) Location: La Madre – Mill District, Minneapolis, MN Pay: $17–$19/hour +Tips

Position Overview: We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Expo team members to join our kitchen staff. As an Expo (Expeditor), you play a critical role in ensuring food is presented accurately, efficiently, and to our standards before it reaches our guests. This position serves as the communication bridge between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Responsibilities:

Organize and coordinate food orders for timely delivery

Ensure all dishes are prepared correctly and meet presentation standards

Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line

Assist with quality control and accuracy of all outgoing orders

Support team members as needed in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Availability for nights and weekends (required)

Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule:

Part-time and full-time positions available

Must be available for evening and weekend shifts

Compensation & Benefits:

$17–$19 per hour (based on experience)
