Seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator/ Report Analyst with extensive customer service, dispatch, and report writing experience. Position requires acquaintance of construction related building materials, ability to interpret lab data and analysis' and translate the data onto reports with strict timelines. Requirements for the position are: Customer Service, Extensive Administrative & Writing Skills, Follow-through, Able to Meet Deadlines, Dispatch/ Project Manage, Accuracy & Communication Skills. Must be fluent with Microsoft Offiice, CRM's, and Quickbooks. Helpful attributes or characteristics: Detail-oriented, be excellent at multi-tasking/ writing, be a team player, have great organizational skills and ability to articulate yourself clearly and communicate information to all relative parties.
